Actually I’d propose acquiring or obtaining feathers to build your own prior to spending dollars on a number of the “quill” pens you see bought on the web (The majority of them have steel nibs used which kinda defeats the goal of producing with the quill itself) so you don’t receive the gratification of participating in with various angles/
